You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Esam Zenhom and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or third-party right.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the competent courts of Qatar will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, unless applicable mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
